With recruitment experience spread across agency – onsite and outsourced – Sean is well placed to discuss the challenges of being a small part of a complex supply chain. As ºÚÁÏÊÓƵ’s Director of Key Account Management he acts as a key point of contact for their partners to ensure that ºÚÁÏÊÓƵ is positioned as a supplier of choice.

Along with developing those key account partners through pro-active crossselling, networking and relationship building he works closely with the team to identify new opportunities with both existing and new partners. Sean is also leading ºÚÁÏÊÓƵ’s Engage Brand which provides outsourcing of recruitment process, whether it is an MSP, RPO or project solutions.
