ºÚÁÏÊÓƵ is seeking a Biotechnologist to join our client's team in Switzerland. This role focuses on manufacturing activities within the Drug Product area, adhering to cGMP guidelines. The position requires a proactive approach to batch execution, equipment troubleshooting, and process improvement.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location or hold an EU passport.

Responsibilities:

• Execute manufacturing activities in compliance with cGMP guidelines.
• Ensure safe, timely, and quality-compliant batch production.
• Prepare, execute, and review production documentation and GMP documents.
• Support process investigations and decision-making on production issues.
• Assist with process changes and CAPAs within required timelines.
• Conduct training activities and support new team members.
• Operate, set up, and clean production equipment for liquid and freeze-dried drug forms.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in a GMP environment, preferably in sterile drug product manufacturing.
• Proficiency in English or German; both languages are advantageous.
• Familiarity with GMP requirements and quality procedures.
• Strong team orientation and communication skills.
• Organized and focused working attitude.
• High motivation and dynamic drive.
• IT knowledge, including SAP and MES, is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work varied hours.
