Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will focus on building strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders to enhance efficiency, drive cost savings, and mitigate risks. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies for various materials and leading initiatives that align with operational priorities.

- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.
- Experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies.
- Ability to lead initiatives and drive cost-saving measures.
- Proficiency in negotiating and managing supplier relationships.
The Sr Procurement Manager's responsibilities will be:
- Collaborate with TechOps business partners to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
- Align with stakeholders to prioritize and execute procurement strategies.
- Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies for GMP materials, Non-GMP consumables, and Capex.
- Lead value creation initiatives to support operational priorities and achieve cost savings.
- Negotiate optimal pricing for key raw materials in gene therapy process development and commercial products.
