Greta joined Proclincal in 2021 as a Senior Consultant and is now part of the Global Services Team. She is responsible for managing the recruitment needs of her existing partners and the expansion and development of our client network across the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Medical Device/ Technology industires with a focus on Europe. Greta supports her clients with global workforce solutions like MSP programs, direct staffing and through SOW models like RPO or FSP. 

After earning her Diploma is Physiotheraphy from the Uni Klinik in Freiburg, located in southern Germany, she initially embarked on her career in this field, dedicating several years to working with patients. However, in 2018, she sought a change and transitioned into the realm of recruitment, focusing on Medical Affairs & Clinical Development. Leveraging her medical background and keen interest in the field, she quickly adapted and achieved success in sourcing highly qualified individuals for her clients.

Gretas focus is now on the client side. Gretas first language is German, and she is also fluent in English.
