Victoria joined ºÚÁÏÊÓƵ Group in 2021. Specializing in the learning and development needs of new starters and existing consultants, Victoria will be leading onboarding training, advanced training, and coaching. After graduating from The University of Delaware Honors program with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services, Victoria entered the recruitment industry. She has a background in working with both candidates and clients in niche recruitment, as well as being a Learning and Development Consultant, leading trainings to new starters and coaching for more senior level consultants. Victoria is passionate about her colleagues’ continuing development within the business and life sciences. She wants to focus on the improvement of productivity of each individual and team as well as welcoming new comers to the business and setting them up for success.
